This includes SMS messages, call logs, call recordings, location data, app usage statistics, browser history, screenshots and media captured from supported apps, ambient and microphone audio recordings, social media activity, and file information when you use file manager features. We also collect basic device identifiers (such as device name and unique ID) and account information (such as your name, email address, and subscription details). This data is collected only with proper authorization from the device owner or legal guardian.
All data collection requires explicit consent and proper device authorization.
2. How We Use Information
Information is used solely for providing parental monitoring services to account holders. This includes displaying SMS, call logs, call recordings, browser history, app usage, screenshots, photos, videos, voice notes, ambient and microphone audio recordings, and other monitored content in your dashboard so that you can review your child's activity. Data is displayed only to the account owner and is never shared with unauthorized parties.

3. Data Security
We use industry-standard encryption and security measures to protect your data. All data transmission is encrypted using SSL/TLS protocols, and data at rest is encrypted using AES-256 encryption.

4. Data Retention
Data is retained for the duration of your active subscription. Upon cancellation, data is permanently deleted within 30 days. Users can request immediate data deletion at any time.
Data deletion is irreversible and cannot be recovered.

We do not sell, trade, or share your data with third parties except as required by law. We may share data with service providers who assist in our operations, but only under strict confidentiality agreements.
