By accessing and using ParentGuard, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.
Your continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of these terms.
2. Use License
Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of ParentGuard for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title.

3. Subscription
ParentGuard is a subscription-based service. Standard subscription price is $20 per month. Promotional discounts (such as the $4 per month launch offer for the first 100 users) may apply from time to time. Full access to the monitoring dashboard, reports, live features, and stored data is available only while your subscription remains active. If your subscription expires or is cancelled, access to these features may be limited or disabled.
Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before renewal.
4. Legal Use
You must have legal authority to monitor the device. ParentGuard is intended for parents monitoring their minor children's devices. When you enable monitoring features, you may capture SMS, call logs, call recordings, photos, videos, screenshots, social media content, ambient audio, and other activity from the monitored device. You are solely responsible for ensuring that recording calls, capturing media, and monitoring communications is legal in your country and for the specific device being monitored. Use of the service for any illegal purpose is strictly prohibited.
Illegal use of this service may result in account termination and legal action.

5. Refund Policy
Refunds are available within 7 days of purchase. Contact support@parentguard.com for refund requests. Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days.

6. Termination
We may terminate or suspend access to our service immediately, without prior notice, for any breach of Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service will cease immediately.
Termination may result in loss of access to your data.
